The super duplex 2507 grade is designed with a 50-50 austenitic and ferritic composition. The Super Duplex 2507 Pipe is produced with a superior composition of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum, giving them good corrosion and oxidation resistance properties across stress-induced conditions. The versatile Duplex 2507 Pipe has enhanced tolerance to pitting by acids and crevice corrosion. These pipes are designed to withstand long exposures to a temperatures above 570 degrees F. The Super Duplex 2507 Tube has higher strength in comparison to pipes of these grades. These tubes can be designed in square, circular, hexagon, and other configurations. Super Duplex 2507 Tubing possesses a minimum tensile strength of 116ksi with a minimum yield strength of 91ksi. These tubes can be elongated by 15% and have a hardness of 32 max Rockwell C. The UNS S32750 Pipe showcases a density of 7.8g/cm3 and has a melting of 1350 degrees C across different stress-induced environments. A UNS S32760 Pipe is designed to work in aggressive chloride-containing environments. These pipes resist stress corrosion cracking and have good strength compared to the latter. The UNS S32760 Tube has excellent weldability and can be solution annealed at temperatures of 1100 degrees C followed by water quenching. UNS S32750 Tube is available in different shapes and sizes and can be customized as per requirements.
The 2507 Seamless Pipe is produced via the extrusion process as hot steel billets are passed through metal to precisely shape them. These pipes showcase superior strength and have enhanced load-bearing capacity. The Duplex 2507 Welded Pipe, on the contrary, is designed possessing welds or seams. These pipes offer a cost-effective alternative to seamless pipes but have lower strength than the latter.
